The Holiday really is a good movie. It was so interesting seeing Jack Black play a character like he did here. I wish he would do more movies like this.

I have a few to suggest, hopefully you haven't seen them all.

As for fantasy, one comes to mind from the 80's called Willow.

Romantic comedy, I just recently saw Morning Glory and I thought it was pretty good. I don't know if it falls into this catagory or not as it plays out more like The Devil Wears Prada. Also I would suggest Bridget Jones Diary 1 & 2. They may be a little over the top, especially the sequel, but they have a good heart in their center. I also enjoyed The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez.

Action comedy, I would suggest Hot Fuzz. It is an action comedy that turns action comedies on it's ear. It's stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost and is directed by Edgar Wright who all did Shaun of the Dead.

Science fiction I'll suggest a Disney film from my youth called Flight of the Navigator. I really enjoyed this one growing up and still on ocassion watch it every now and then. I will also suggest The Fifth Element with Bruce Willis and the animated movie Titan AE. Those last two, at least to me, are kind of in the vein of Star Wars.
