Frankie Stein
Frankie Stein is the 15-day-old daughter of Frankenstein's Monster and his bride.
She has waist-length black and white hair and has heterochromia (her right eye is blue and her left one is green).
Frankie's fashion sense revolves mostly around blue plaid prints and schoolgirl style.
In "Miss Infearmation," Frankie has developed a crush on Jackson, unconcerned that he is a normie.
However, in the next episode, "Hyde and Shriek," she is blushing near Holt, unaware that he and Jackson are one and the same.
After the stress both Holt and Jackson placed on her after they learned that they are, in fact, the same person, Frankie has placed her relationship with both on pause.
Her latest diary mentions a gargoyle football player with a Scottish accent, known only by his jersey number, which is 7.
Her pet is named Watzit, who is put together from several different animals, but most resembles a domesticated dog.
She is voiced by Kate Higgins.

I dont like people when they mix people or so called monsters flirting or making out but can we have something else that brings out that spice. Its crazy cleo de nile and frankie are fighting over duece,clawdeen is going out with batman,and they are say that dracualaura is going out with frankie like serious. Next thing you know Ghoulia is caught seen kissing holt hyde yea i know. so fellow members i begg of you to stop this nonsense and give the people more flair and fire. Cleo de Nile is the daughter of the Mummy.
She is 5,842 years old.
Her clothing motif typically involves wrappings and streaks of real gold in her hair.
Cleo took over as fearleading captain when her older sister, Nefera, graduated.
Cleo does not get along with Nefera because Nefera uses every opportunity she can to make her younger sister feel inferior to her.
Cleo is considered stuck up, but will always help her friends if necessary.
In the first season, she was the main antagonist, but, in the second season, her attitude was slowly softened and she was portrayed as one of the protagonists.
Cleo has a turquoise pet cobra named Hissette and can even talk to snakes and get them to do what she says.
However, she refuses to manipulate her boyfriend, Deuce, with this ability.
In the book, her full name is Cleopatra.
She is voiced by Salli Saffioti.
