comicartist Ok RarityandAbbey, first off, if u TRULY have family that are lawyers, ud have said "i have family that are lawyers", not "i have family that are Lawyers or something". Secondly, if u DID have family that are lawyers, they would have told you that this is an artistic creation. It has free creative license. Unless the creator is saying that they came up with monster high, or that this is an official new doll, they have nothing to worry about. They can even SELL it as a one of a kind art piece. The internet is full of artists who customize dolls. Third, Monster High is owned by Mattel, and Mattel only. MHscreamqueen is not listed anywhere as an owner of monster higgh, so "she" could not sue anyone. As long as the piece is not being massed produced on an assembly line, and the creator of the piece stats its a custom art piece, they have followed the required rules of artistic license. Look it up. Im in a copyright amd trademark class, taught by a professor who IS an attorney. This was what he told me.
