Lagoona Blue is 15 years old and is the daughter of the infamous sea monster of the "Black Lagoon". In the show, Lagonna is heard clearly to have a thick Australian accent, which goes well with her love of surfing and the ocean.
Like most of the characters, Lagoona is introduced in the episode "New Ghoul @ School" and it shows that she is a very friendly and upbeat monster who will help anyone when needed.
She is "Best Ghoul Friends" with everyone on the show, that shows off her friendly personality even more. Doesn't matter who you are, Lagoona will always be there to keep you company.
Also, her favorite color is ocean blue and she has a pet piranha named Neptuna.

Normal Outfit:
Lagoona has long blond hair with light blue highlights hear and there, and has bright green eyes and has dark purple eyeshadow on and dark pink lipstick. Lagoona wears a blank tank top with pink fish scales, a black jacket with teal cuffs and scales, and black and blue sparkly shorts over knee-length white fishnets. She also wears a light blue, scaled bonnet that has two light blue fish fins sticking out. She also has a gold seahorse necklace and black platform flip-flop sandals.
Party Outfit:
Lagoona's hair is now up in a large cascading hairdo that is similar to the mane of a horse. (She was going mainly for a sea-horse look) She wears a sea-green striped sheath dress with transparent pink ruffles at the bodice and a cascading pink hem. Her belt is a transparent yellow wrap, and her shoes are pink and green inverted heels.
Swim Class Uniform:
Like most of the other girls, Lagoona participates in an after-school activity and hers is swimming. Lagoona's swim team uniform includes a black zip up swimsuit with a collar, a pink and green bikini top, and white and green platform sandals. It also has with white earrings, a pink and green wristband, and a pink and green boogie board with a little bite taken out of the corner.
Interests & Dislikes:
According to the official website, Lagoona loves to do anything in and involving water and anything with her friends. Her favorite food is sushi, and her favorite school subject is oceanography.
Lagoona hates anyone that treats that ocean as their own personal garbage can and her least favorite subject is geology. Why? Volcanoes + Rocks + deserts = Her worst nightmare.

I must not go on like this, life and love are both deadly. For the rest of eternity I will have to deal with the hell that happened to me in my past. Who the story is about is kind of obvious, Spectra. I needed to write this, her past seems like a mysterious tragedy O_O (I'm weird 0_o) But how DID she die? Who knows but, my theory is.....
