Just watched Year of the Dog. Ms. Shannon, amazing portrayal of your character. Having made the transition into veganism 7 years ago, I know the roller coaster of emotion that that path can take. You nailed the joy and heartache that comes with feeling a deep Love for animals and not understanding a world that often times treats them with indifference. Your performance was outstanding and I applaud you for your embracing of this compassionate, strong and misunderstood character. Bravo. Posted over a year ago
