Mermaids Question

How to ask someone if they believe in mermaids without sounding nuts?

My Problem: Many of you know the YouTube show, "Secret life of a mermaid". Ever since i was 9 i wanted to make a YouTube show like that! The only problem, I cant make it by myself. I need to have at LEAST 2 other people. But I want those 2 people to really BELIEVE in mermaids!

The Hard Part: I'm going into High School next year. only 1 out of 40 kids in high school WON'T think I'm crazy for believing in mermaids. What am I supposed to do? Walk up to some random kid in the hall and say "Hey, I don't know you, but do u believe in mermaids?"... If I do that, I'll be known as the freak who believes in mermaids. What do I do?

How do i ask someone if they believe in mermaids without sounding nuts?

Well, I wouldn't go up to just a random kid and ask. I would seek out a person that you know that is open minded about discovery. You don't have to actually ask someone if they believe in mermaids. Instead, ask them if they would be interested in digging deeper in the subject that they might exist. Also tell them that there are things in this world that haven't been discovered yet. There is no way that anyone could say that something doesn't exist or does exist without research and looking for the answers first. Just because people say it doesn't or does exist doesn't make it so.

Ask your friends. if they really are friends they will suport your intrest and help you out with any dream you might have. that is what friends are for

p.s. I have always wanted to do that too but I have no pool and I am not a mermaid nor do I have a fake tail sooooooo...... that is a prob

Well I would only ask the people I know say to for instance we were best friends in primary school and we went to the same high you would go up to me and say "Hi Emma can I ask you a question?". Me: "Sure what is it?". You: " do you believe in mermaids? ". Me" "YES!!!!!" But if I didn't believe I would simply say "no but if yo believe I respect that we all have are on beliefs."
