I don't see why she should join him ?? She probably wants revenge for Merlin poisoning Morgang, and Arthur will of cause do whatever he can to protect Merlin, so I really can't se why she should join him...
Besides, who else will start the war against Camelot ;) She seems to be the only one who wont get herself killed in some weird way :D

I mean I watched the episodes at this point, but even before that I kind of figured she'd want him out of the way. I mean what a better way to hurt Uther than to go for his son?

@maja if only that were true lol. I mean she legit had herself killed and in probably one of the weirdest ways on the show. xP But before that I actually thought she was going to make it a bit longer.
