i always favored FOTR over the other two because i thought TTT was too uneventful and ROTK too depressing

Wow that's a hard choice. I think that my favourite though is The Return of the King. But right behind is The Fellowship and then The Two Towers is just a bit farther behind. They're all so amazing!

I love all three but FOTR is most fav.
I like Hobbbits and I love the Shire that's why. In FOTR you get to see more green in the Shire and peaceful. Rivendell and that forest? where Garadriel lives (I forgot the name) are two amazing beautiful place.

I love them all, and no one of them can stand alone, but I enjoy watching the fellowship the most. The two towers is rather depressing, and return of the king is time consuming, but I still would rank them as one movie, my favorite of all the movies I've ever seen.

I love them all, but if I had to choose one, I would choose Return of the Ring. The Two Towers is a very close second!

Sorry, I'd have to say all of them. Except, I do enjoy reading the fellowship of the ring more. Then again, the two towers is also a great read...

My favorite is TTT. I live for those epic moments that I read about in the books, andthere are so many of them in TTT. And a few that the makers of the movies threw in as well.
Second is the 1st, FotR. There were moments there that spoke to me also, but mostly, my admiration was because it WAS the first. It was the precurser that let us know the time, thought, and attention that was put into creating the books, and let me know that it could only get better.
RotK, was good, but, by then, each story was winding down, and for all its touching moments, some were so sad as to break my heart. Still, an excellent movie though.

I loved the Two Towers, they were great, but the Fellowship of the Ring and the Return of the King are very, very, very close seconds.
You just gotta love them all so it was a very hard question for me.

It's between the first two for me. Merry and Pippin kind of make it for me and in return of the king they get separated - i like it when they're together because they bring humour to it
