So cute, but I feel sorry that writers completely ignored the fact that both House and Cuddy should have big problems about being together and probably both get fired, Cuddy for sure :( That could've be wonderful arc for season 7 and this would be a comeback of hospital stuff into the show.

Actually David Shore said that they both are still the same and themselves, and have plenty of obstacles to overcome- like all the awkwardness in the hospital. I don't see why they would get fired though, their personal lives don't really matter as long as they don't have a drastic effect on their work.
