For those who know how to cook: Help me! 🍳

Hey everyone, so I have a problem, as you might know, I usually spend a lot of my days home alone, that means I have to cook around 2 meals a day myself. But recently I just became disgusted by all those tasteless things you can buy frozen and then fry or boil in minutes 😄 YUCK. I have tried to cook normally for quite a lot of times, but I just can't make simple things tasty, not enough ideas and knowledge what to combine with what in order to get a delicious result. Usually I go for pasta or Asian noodles with vegetables, but even those turn out a quite disgusting, as I don't know much about good sauce combinations and use of spices. Whenever I open a cookbook, most of the recipes there are like "take a fresh organic kangaroo meat, place it in open fire, pour an ink fish ink on it and sprinkle with some fresh edible gold" and I'm like 'do I live in a wrong place, or is something wrong with the local grocery store assortment?' 😄 I also desperately need my self-cooked foods to be more nutritious, higher in calories, as I'm trying to gain weight. And I need some new breakfast suggestions too, as eating one and the same kind of sandwich each day makes me sick already. 😝 But the thing is - I don't cook raw meat, I mean I'm not vegetarian, but I like meat to be cooked by someone else... I just can't make myself touch a piece of raw flesh. I do use sausages though, and that bacon and ham that gets sold in slices in packaging already. Anything else, including dairy products and even cracking open raw eggs (after 30 minutes of panic and convincing myself that nothing unusual or, rather nobody will be inside) is completely fine to use in my cooking practices. Also I need some foods that are quick and easy to cook, that you can make in less than an hour, preferably even 30 minutes or so. Oh and I doubt I'm ready to learn how to make the owen work, I'm rather a master of pots and pans on the stove 😄
So if you have any ideas on quick, easy and nutritious breakfast a

So if you have any ideas on quick, easy and nutritious breakfast and lunch recipes, that have ingredients you can actually buy in any store closer than 100 kilometers. Please help me! 🍳 In case you're wondering - I eat literally everything and anything probably, the only thing I've had a complicated relationship with is fish and seafood, now I eat some fishes from time to time, but just like raw meat, they probably won't be something I'd cook myself. Anything else is good, as long as available in local store 😄 Post full recipes, preferably with ingredient list and how much time it takes to cook, you can post links to recipes too, if you don't want to type the recipe in yourself. Anything, from breakfast sandwiches to pasta, rice, buckwheat, vegetable and other stuff based foods for lunch, will be highly appreciated as long as there's a hope that it'll turn out tasty. 🍳 I'll give 5 props to everyone who posts an answer there as this is really life and death related question LOL. 🍳 Thank you. 🧡

Super easy French Toast Bagel Sandwiches:
1 'Lender's French toast bagels (lightly toasted)
1 Precooked Turkey or pork sausage (microwave 30 seconds or less. Your choice)
Couple slices of deli meat (ham, roast beef, turkey, etc)
1 or two slice cheese (Your choice)
Put sandwich together and microwave for 25 seconds or until warm (you can use toaster oven on low for a minute or if you're feeling brave oven 200 degrees for ten minutes on a baking sheet with parchment paper.*that's how I cook mine)
Then enjoy!
Tip: Cook two and you can save one for next day just reheat for 20 seconds in microwave :)

Also if you don't want sausage you can just use deli meat or even just sausage. Use your imagination! :)
