Captain Jack Sparrow made some adorable new mateys this week. Johnny Depp surprised patients at Lady Cilento Children\'s Hospital in Australia on Tuesday, July 7, stopping by in his full pirate costume.

"Dressed in full costume, both Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow and Stephen Graham as Scrum spent over three hours making a real difference to sick kids and their families in hospital!" the caption continues. "Both actors flew in for the visit from the Gold Coast, landing in a helicopter on the hospital\'s rooftop as they took time out from filming the next installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Men Tell No Tales."

Sporting his trademark Sparrow dreadlocks, eyeliner, and layered garb, Depp posed for photos with kids, shook hands with youngsters, and took time for an interview with the local television station.
