Internet Camp Half-Blood Question

How would your character view the Hunger Games? (Can be movie, book, or both)

Alex, being dyslexic, never read the books or and probably never watched the movie. If she did, she'd probably find the plot..interesting, and relate to Katniss a lot.

Cam

Zoey would find it horrifying that the Capitol makes kids fight to the death against each other for entertainment. She might read the books, but she wouldn't find them in her most favorites.

Jem would like the movie, but he'd find the love triangle boring and only really enjoy the action part. He'd find Peeta annoying and stuck up for saying Katniss was in love with him, even though she wasn't.

*Cam wouldn't like the idea of kids their age fighting to the death.

I'm going to pretend Lark and Vivian can read for a bit here.

Lark would love the book, but find the movie a bit scary. She's used to the concept of death, but all the fire in the movie would totally freak her out. (Especially the part where the fireball goes right at the screen) I think the whole love triangle thing would really confuse her though. She finds love hard enough to understand without all the pretending and stuff that happens.

Vivian would love the book and the movie. She has a talent for keeping fiction separate from reality, partially because she can't imagine stuff like that happening in real life.

Mara wouldn't like the book or the movie. Its too bloody and has to many deaths in it for her.

Sienna would like it as a movie, but she would cry every time there was a death, and she would be sad thinking about the parents losing their kids

Leila would find it entertaining, and she would imagine being in the hunger games and fighting everyone. She would be annoyed with the Capitol and all they force the tributes to do though

Lady would find them both horrifying and absolutely barbaric, besides the love triangle, which she would find intriguing.

Ruby would think it was a little dark. She wouldn't read the books, and she would only watch the movie if she was with someone do they could tell her the basics of what happened when she shut her eyes. Lol

Katrina would think that the books concept was interesting and would enjoy the love triangle but wouldn't approve of the Capitol watching the fighting for entertainment.
-She would like the movie for the believable acting and characters, but would point out the little differences between the book and the movie. If she hadn't read the book beforehand than she would love the movie without much to complain about it besides the barbaric way of how the Capitol enjoys the violence.
