I don't think House and her will hook-up. She will probably get House back on track in prison. I actually think she will hook up with Chase eventually. Just an opinion

@misanthrope - That is the way I see them portraying the connection and maybe not her actually being his daughter. There were times 13 seem to fall in that category but with her leaving now I guess we won't see that play itself out.
