Neinescape is a fictional hospital from a popular Hetalia doujinshi, "Saving Germany." The strip gained lots of popularity from Hetalia fans, so now Neinescape has its own website.

Well, I'm not really a big fan of it. I find the actual doujinshi more comical than the hospital itself. Glad to hear your opinion, though, I respect it.
