Hmm i like the icon
though i would like to suggest this for the banner.

I tried them out and both are two big for the banner, it cuts out a lot of the picture. The banner has to be 800x100 pixel for it to fit.

I can resize them in my spare time if you wanted or I could find I smaller one.

How about this for the banner? I tried it out and it look pretty cool. I could always write something between them.
