I was really dissappointed when the movie came out. The thing is, JKR makes such a big deal of his huge shiny teeth that I always imagined him with a very large mouth, and Branagh just doesn't have one... also, I thought Lockhart was supposed to be in his early twenties or something, with long hair and very good-looking. IMO he was neither of these things. Although now that I'm older I've started to find him a bit more attractive but when I was 12 or 13... well, let's just say I was not impressed :D

^Lockhart's in his late thirties. Ken was in his early 40's (like, 41 or something) when he did this.

hmm... I always thought he was younger, maybe because all the pre-teen girls were having crushes on him (even Hermione). Oh well,. In my head he will always remain young:D

I love Kenneth Branagh as Lockhart! Such a great choice, so idiotically hilarious and IMO attractive, although he could never beat Scabior or Draco ♥ although I did picture him a few years younger, oh well, he's still one of my favorites :D
