We know the Potters and Teddy eat dinner together often, and we also know the whole "Harry is an orphan at war and so is Teddy" so when Teddy is having difficult times with like stuff he needs to hear from his parents, he could ask Harry. I don't have any actual proof from Rowling or anything, but I think Harry is a good Godfather.
