Harry Potter Article: Why I'm excited about the Cursed Child?

Hi everyone, since the release of the book here in Malaysia a couple of weeks ago. Here are my thoughts and why I'm excited to get the soft cover copy of the book soon, as well as my expectations.

The Characters

Okay, since the characters are the same. Despite that it's set several years after the events of the Deathly Hallows, it also features Harry's second son, Albus in it and will continue the Potter bloodline in the story.
I am very happy that the majority of the old characters, including Harry, Ron and Hermione are all back. Not to forget, Draco Malfoy, Harry's nemesis and his son too, to whom I do not know whether he is going to be the villain to Albus Potter in the story!

The Story & It's Format

Unlike previous Harry Potter, this story is a script, considering that it is meant to be a play. So, I will be trying it and that it is also interesting because we can follow the story easier by reading it as a script rather going through the whimsical details that J.K. Rowling had previously did.
We hope that the story will still be same as previous Harry Potter books, and I also hope that our favourite characters will be having a major role like before and I also hope that no major characters get kill off!

I hope to see you Harry and I also hope that you will not get kill off as you're my favourite character of all time!

Is Harry Potter really over?

No Harry Potter is really never over if we still read the books and watch the movies and wright fanfics if we still love the "HP stuff" it wont be over

Like what Alan Rickman said I'll be 80 years old and I'll be reading Harry Potter and my family will say after all this time and I'll say allways

I was 11 or 12 when the first book came out and now I'm in my 20's and I still love the books I was really sad and depressed when the movies ended but I relised it wasnt over if it still was in us

End of an era...

Many Harry Potter fans were already adults when the first Harry Potter movie got out in the theaters. Many other fans were not even born. But most of us were kids just like Harry, Ron and Hermione.
We sure felt connected to them and hoped that one day somebody as huge as Hagrid would knock our door and announce us that we are accepted to the best wizzarding school. We whispered "Alohomora" everytime we saw a locked door, we cried for Cedric everytime we saw a maze and we picked up Harry Potter costumes for Halloween.
