Harry Potter Question

Which blood status would a child of two muggle borns have? I was thinking about a half blood, but there is no pure blood ancestor and since the child grows up in a wizarding family muggle born doesn't suit either.

And the second question: is a child of a pure blood and a half blood considered a half blood?
I am sorry if it has already been asked.

I think child of 2 muggleborns, even if he/she grows up in a wizarding family, is still a muggleborn (mudblood). A child of pureblood and halfblood is a halfblood i think. A child is only be a pureblood if both parents are pureblood, otherwise he is a halfblood. I'm not sure,,,,,,,,

I say pure blood... both parents are wizards, regardless of who their parents were. ;)

Strictly speaking, a pure blood is a child with four wizarding grandparents. I guess that would mean if you have two wizarding parents, you are a half blood, but i'm not entirely sure it works like that.

i thnk they would still be muggle-borns and yes a pureblood + a halfblood = a halfblood though i think it would be more suited to a 3/4 quarter blood or something like that.
