Anyway, yes I think it's possible. I know several people who do. (Even if most of them only like Twilight as a guilty pleasure)

Not really. Mind you I don't hate Twilight. It is the kind of book for narrow-minded people who think looks are everything and if you look good you'll get all you want. Plus the only friendship we get to see in the book are from others not from the moaning heroine. All in all I cannot relate to the book in any way. And for those who say it's a love story please seek therapy.

Harry Potter is more realistic than most think.
1) The love is based on emotions not looks or smell. Remember Ginny was in Harry's life for 5 years before he developed any feelings for her.
2) Friendships matter more than anything else. And it was not like everyone were gushing on Harry the day he stepped in Hogwarts. They even hated him in book 4. He has 2 friends who were always loyal to him.

I've touched upon only 2 subjects, Love and Friendship, because these are the common ones in both books.

I don't mind people who like Twilight, even though I'm a HP fan ( In fact, 2 of my closest friends are Twilighters) it's just when they go psycho on you for pointing out a fault in the books that annoys me.

Of course you can, it just depends on who you are and what you like. I love HP, but I don't like Twilight. That's just my personal tastes, but people could like both.

Nothing is really stopping anyone, except for maybe the prejudice as seen in this spot, saying that one series is better than the other. I just encourage people to like what they like, and don't let anyone influence them and become stereotypical fans.

Me. I am a fan of Harry Potter and Twilight. Maybe not equally, but i still like both. Please respect everyone's opinions and don't call each other mad for liking one and not the other... everyone has a right to like and hate things... some people like both, some people may even hate both or like any one of the two...

I really don't get way people say you can't, I mean they're both really great books, now the movies, I must say are a completely different story, you can still like both of course but the twilight movies are really, really bad, (Kristin Stewart CANNOT ACT!!!) but yeah, it is completely plausible and possible to love/like both seires
