Harry Potter Vs. Twilight Question

which creature from either series was your favourite/ least favourite and why?

you can choose either series or both if you like, please be as detailed as you can.
i suppose anything that isnt completely human counts here so the shapeshifters, vampires and inferi all count, werewolves like lupin, bill and greyback count as well even though they retain human/semi human form the majority of the time

my favourite from HP: hippogriff, thestral, awesome creature that i never heard/knew before. especially with flying ability. that's my favourite! owl! i like owl too. they are very useful and loyal pet. my least favourite maybe dementor for obvious reason, and goblin because they are greedy creature. from twilight (there are only two magical creature right?)
