Some even like Harry Potter. Some are even huge fans! There is the chance that they would have magic and would not be Muggles.
So it's more based on whether or not you are Anti-Potter.

EDIT: Anyone who doesn't possess magic (and who's parents aren't magical) is a muggle. Unless the Twilight fan has magic, they'd be considered a muggle.
