I guess you mean between the HP's and Twilight's not in general.Well my favorite Harry Potter movie hmm i think Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (actually i pretty much loved all the movies) as for Twilight i think Twilight i mean the first one it was the most accurate to the books.In eclipse the vampires already look like normal people unlike the first part.
