Harry Potter Vs. Twilight Question

Why was this spot created?

I’ll tell you why. People are so bored that they have to act as though this spot is for "Debate." But if you look at older posts all it’s been since it’s inception, is the “Twilight bashing spot!” Yeah there are a couple people standing up for it, but the Harry Potter only fans bully everyone else, and won’t let anyone else get a word in. Isn’t the a ‘Critical Analysis of Twilight’ spot on fanpop? Why not go there to bad mouth it? Or is it that you just like to make Twilight fans mad? It has to stop!

Yes, it is too much Twilight bashing on this spot, but C.A.T. is a debate spot, and to be honest, less anti than Harry Potter vs. Twilight.

Not everyone bashes Twilight. Personally, I just post my reasons etc on the 1000 reasons why HP is better, and that's called debating. If Twilight fans would actually do their part in debating, then it wouldn't just be HP fans on here. It's not our fault that Twilight fans won't debate fairly, you know.

So true! I like HP more then Twilight, but I personally don't bash Twihards, unless they're plain stupid (the ones that spell incorrectly and use the excuse edward is hott as to way Twilight is better than HP)

It just seems like the Harry Potter fans do most of the bullying, but that's only because there's not that many Twilight fans here and because the Twilight fans don't defend any of their answers so it really just allows the Harry Potter fans to step all over them.
We Harry Potter fans try to let them (Twilight fans) get a word in but they really don't take a chance to step up and defend themselves, or the Twilight saga.

It Depends On The Situation! It's Pretty Clear When People Just Step Down! It's Also Clear When Someone Is Pushed Around So Much That They Just Give In! True, It's The Whole Point Of This Club! But Also, It Gets Out Of Hand When Most Everyone Is A "Harry Potter" Fan! They Should Just Rein It In A Bit!

We do want a challenge, we do want to debate, the Twihards just aren't playing.

I just think, if Twilight had reasons. I'm not bashing by saying this but making a point. They make opinionated statements that can't be backed up by facts or a simple statement like "I like Twilight" or "Edward is hot". And that is what annoys the HP fans. That is like sending "k" as a text message to someone who wrote a paragraph to you. It doesn't make a debate. It just annoys others.

Harry Potter wins every time everywhere, not just on this site. But I agree, I wish the Twilight fans would speak up, and come up with good reasons so we can have a real debate. You can't have a debate when only one side is debating and the other side is making statematns, and not backing them up, or talking about the attractiveness of actors.

You can't compare it! It's like comparing Apples to Oranges!!! (This is HP movies vs HP books) as you must understand by seeing the same effect movies give books while watching Twilight and reading it too! Oh and by the way. If this is a Fight Club, the number one rule of fight club? We dont' talk about it. ;D

Actually, I don't find this or C.A.T. is an Anti-Twilight spot. If someone disagrees with some Twilighters in a club (not all, but a lot), the Twihards assumes that the spot is Anti-Twilight, and then try to shut the spot down (I actually had to fight for C.A.T. to remain open because the Twihards were being stupid)

The media created this fight. Which is beyond stupid. They put in newspapers and magazines that Twilight is the new Harry Potter and that SM is the New JKR. I DONT THINK SO. WE will NOT be pushed aside just like that. I dont care if the movies are almost over or not the stupid Media needs to shut the fuck up. They Never know what they are talking about.

I've seen a couple of them even speak up for Twilight fans at times on other spots. So not all of them are bullies.
