They might do that,but I think it's a good sign that after 10 years of Harry Potter they haven't made one yet, when after 3-4 years of Twilight they already have.There was a little reference to Harry Potter in one of the Scary Movie Films,but it was very small.
Probably, because Harry Potter is also a very influential/popular movie. Parodies usually make fun of those. If they do make a movie, I'm going to watch it the day it comes out 8D!
If they do, they better have some witty writers because most Harry Potter fans aren't going to sit through a movie full of flatulence and sex jokes. Ok, maybe some jokes are ok, but you would have to have some real laughs in it. That Vampires Suck movie looks really funny though.

Don't get me wrong, I love Harry Potter and I'm a big fan, but I still think a parody would be awesome!! :D
