How do you make Italics, Bold, and Underlined?

There is a simple code which looks like this:
[e]your text here[/e]

'E' will do nothing, but when you replace 'e' with the appropriate letter, you will get the effect.
'b' = bold
'i' = italics
'u' = underline

So by replacing 'e' with any one of those letters you will end up with either bold, italics or underline.
