I liked season 3 because Serenate had a lot of great episodes.

Most of the episodes in season 5 were basically about the same things (Blair and her complicated love life/Ivy trying to keep her identity a secret/Dan and Chuck pining over Blair/Louis' annoying French accent.)
To me, the most interesting story lines were Dan's book, Chuck's therapy, Blair's pregnancy, and Diana possibly being involved with Bart.

I agree that season 5 is a lot worse than the other seasons... Even season 4 is better for me only because of the first part though!
