No, Hans wanted power and Elsa had too much on her mind to find room for a relationship. Nither of them showed any signs of wanting to be in any sexual relationships and if they did, keep this word in mind:"Disney".

To be honest, I'm fine with people having headcanons that they are certain orientations. Obviously, being single doesn't automatically make them gay, but it doesn't mean they can't be gay either. So think of them as whatever orientation you want!

Well, lets see, Hans wanted to marry a young woman, so he's clearly not a homosexual, as for Elsa; there isn't even close to enough evidence to make the claim, and even if there were, I doubt she'd engage in such a disordered misbehavior.
Hans' flaw was attempted murder, nothing less, nothing more, and it was deeply wrong- that was the core crime he committed, note: not "flaw" but "crime", I 'misspoke', he attempted to commit murder so he could steal their family job and take over.
And he made it perfectly clear when she comes back to attempt to get him to save her life, too... he was a disgrace to his gender by attempting to get a job via murder.

I never thought Hans was a lesbian though....
At least Disney wants to show finally homosexual relationships for kids, that's finally something good.
