Chapter eight: mech-skipper's POV
As I walked out of juliens room, I proceeded to willow an emmie's. I know willow is missing, but I didn't expect emmie to have dissapeared. Especially since skipper gave direct orders to stay in your room. In fact, nothing was in this room, but the suitcases on the bed. I don't know what, but something made me walk over to the window. I searched the tree trunk in front of the view, then found what I think I was looking for. A small slit where, obviously, a knife had been used. As the group stared at the lasers in despair, Kowalski walked nearby ,looking a little lost. He looked to his left and noticed them.

"Oh there you guys are." He realised, walking over to them.

"Hey Kowalski." Emma greeted, still staring at the lasers. "Now, how are we gonna get past this?" She wondered.

"What if we just jump over all of the red lasers like a pretty little bird-no, wait, a kangaroo, grab the blood stuff, and jump back over -boing! boing! boing!-and get out of here?"Sylvia suggested, a slightly insane look on her face. lake rolled his eyes and put a flipper to his forehead.

"Oof!" Kiva exclaimed as she hit the ground with a thud.

"Are you okay Kiva?" Sylvia called down from the plane.

"I'm okay." Kiva replied, standing up again. Kait caught up with the escaping seal and jumped on its back, scratching it deeply.

"A little help anyone?" She asked. Kiva ran over and began to pull the rope which was still dangling off the seal's back. Suddenly Ashley dropped from the sky and threw a few extra ropes around the seal, tying them in an intricate way, and turning them into reins. The seal...

Hans and I stayed in touch during the next few weeks.

Emma's eyes fluttered open the next day, and she saw that Ryan was still asleep. A warm sunny glow was filling the tent, as she searched for her phone.

How did I end up in my sleeping bag? She wondered, as she finally found it. She glanced at the time which was only 9am. In the middle of the tent was the activity sheet, which she grabbed with her free flipper. Today they were doing horse riding and Emma brightened when she realised that it was starting at 1pm. I'll get up at 12 then. She thought, snuggling down into the blanket and beginning to fall asleep. Something was still bugging her though....

Emma walked into her Science room, wishing that the day would go fast. But she still had four lessons to go. Science, Maths, Triple Science, and English. Triple Science was like normal Science, but you got 3 qualifications for it if you passed the course. As she sat down in her seat, she watched the other kids piling in. Most of the class was extremely bad behaved, and didn't learn much, even though the teacher tried to teach them. But they just wouldn't listen. Emma felt sorry for him, he was a new teacher, and he was stuck with this class. Her mate Zarah came in, and Emma smiled brightly...

CC, Mech-Skipper, Monique and Rune were talking in Central Park. Rune seemed tense, and was constantly looking around nervoulsy, as if she was expecting something to jump out at her. MS kept glancing at Rune, as though sensing her discomfort. Finally, he had to ask what was wrong.

"Rune," he said, taking her paw so she would look at him. "Is something wrong?"
"N-nothing! That is, it's not like they're here!"
"What are you talking about?"
"She's always saying something...

The friends went into CC's old backyard, and she showed them the way to the pool.
"Oh!" Rune exclaimed, and jumped right in, followed by Private and Lexii. Soon everyone was splashing about in the water. Everyone except Monique.
"Aren't you coming in?" Dylan asked, swimming to the edge closest to her.
"Uh, no thank you," Monique replied.
"Come on, Moni," Rune begged, swimming up next to Dylan.
"I said no thank you," Monique repeated. "I'm perfectly happy here."
"Come on, Rune," Dylan sighed, picking up Rune, and putting her on his back. "Let's just keep swimming. She doesn't want to come."
