EDIT: We are keeping the same judges from 2008, but as Amazondebs is unfanpopable we will be introducing the 2 back up judges. This is just so that we can get things done in an a organised way.

No it hasn't been chosen yet. Last year we did picking names out of the hat, by amazondebs link
This may happen in june like last year.
