Why can't I send an answer to a question?

I want to help a person's question but I can't send an answer but you all send a answer. But I can't do this! Even though I press the submit new response button, it is not sent. So how do I do this?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question then. What sort of answer are you trying to send? I thought it was an Answer to a Question like this.

I know some people in the past had similar issues depending on the browser or device they use. Maybe try a different browsing network to log in or another device and see if the issue continues. If it does, try contacting F4 about the issue.
