Rating - in its original sense, as in giving content a rating between 1 and 5 - hasn't been possible on Fanpop for some years. Instead, you can fan content you like. This is done by clicking the green button which says "fan of it?". Once clicked, it'll turn grey and the writing will change to say "I'm a fan". It's located on the bottom right beneath a video or an image, on the top right above an article and on the right next to a link. Other types of content - quiz questions, answers, forum posts - can't be fanned.
