Forgot Password use temporary password problem?

If you forgot your password, you don't remember it.On "Returning User" you go to "Forgot Your Password or Username?" when you enter your account name or e-mail address it sends you new password on your email.It doesn't work there is no possible way to get your old password back if Fanpop remembers it or you saved it in your saved passwords on Google Chrome account.
