I've sent fanpop an email, how long will it take to get a reply?

I sent Fanpop an email a few weeks ago and I got a reply in just over a day. Obviously this will vary though, depending on how busy the F4 currently are (they have their own lives and jobs outside this place) and how complex the issue you emailed them about is.
