You can't delete a poll directly. Otherwise people would be deleting polls just because the poll wasn't going the way you wanted. However, if you've made a mistake in a poll, forgotten to add an option you wanted, it's being controversial and starting arguments etc, you can report it. Explain why you want it deleted in the notes section of the report, and it ought to be deleted.
