Getting any kind of medal is done by contributing to the club. You need to add images and videos, make polls, write articles etc. Contributions which get a lot of fans or comments are best. It takes a while, so you also need to be patient. Honestly, it's better to just contribute because you want to and just let medals come, rather than focus entirely on them. That way you can become annoyed.
