Fanpop Question

How do I reply, or impose a blog in Fan Pop? I need a full direction through Fan Pop to this being done.

I can not find a dash board on any page that would make this obvious and intuitive.

Oh, those aren't blogs. Those are just articles. One way to type an article is to just click on another article and then click the 'write article' button. The second way to do this is to scroll to the top of the page and find 'articles' underneath the banner. After that you should see another 'write article' button. I posted a picture; way 1 shows how to type an article without clicking on another user's. Way 2, shows you how to type one from another user's article.
