Questions about medals.

I haven't gotten medals in months accept for 2 spots I barely even contributed to so I wondered if there is anyone else having problems getting medals and how long it took them to get medals after contributing a lot to a spot. I know the medal system is messed up but, I wondered if I can figure out if I am even close to getting anymore medals because it seems like if I ever get anymore it will be for spots that I barely contribute to that aren't very active or if I get medals for spots I regularly contribute a lot to it might take a year or more to get awarded!
Has anyone had any problems like this and if I contacted fanpop do you think they would even do anything about it? It's not like I want medals for all my clubs just some and there are 2 specific ones I am working really hard at to get medals because I am a big fan of those people so please if anyone could answer me that would be great!
