Does Fanpop choose when you receive caps?

I have been on fan pop for two years this month and i still haven't earned my veteran cap and we are two days into February. I have been looking forward to this for 2 years and i don't want to wait longer!

I don't know if caps are a thing anymore. They haven't been doing the holiday ones, to the best of my knowledge. If they are still doing them, it'll be the exact day that you joined that you get the cap (like if you signed up the 17th, on the 17th of this year you should get the cap)

Kk thanks. i cannot remember what date i joined so i guess i will have to wait and see. Do you receive a notification when you get the milestone cap in question?

Yes, the notofication appears in the bottom right corner as soon as you log in.

LiptonGold is right with the milestone caps. I got mine back in January, and it goes by the day you joined, not just the month. As for the other caps, no clue. I haven't got a holiday, lucky, or random cap for months now.
