Well I don't think it matters how many times you report something. Every time you click report after the first time it tells you you've already reported it. Reporting it a bunch won't make it go away sooner.
And the F4 are busy and have shit to do. I'm assuming they're the ones who review reported images and decide whether they should be removed or not. I'm sure they'll get to it eventually.
As sarabeara said you can report a pic just once and if you want a pic to be removed then it must be reported by more than 2 fanpopers, of course just by reporting once the pic won't be removed and F4 don't remove anything as they've not got time to see each single inappropriate pic and remove it, it's done by the system.
How long ago did you first report it? As others have pointed out, the F4 can be busy. They don't have enough time to react to every report, complaint and request seconds after it was made.
Also, did you explain why the image was reportable clearly enough in the report's notes? The F4 member who deals with the report might not be a WWE fan and might therefore not know what's wrong with the image immediately (if it isn't obvious).
Don't bother reporting the same picture many times. It just spams the reporting system.
