I'm wondering if any users can give a logical explanation as to why the Answers category feature is still being used to ask questions that really belong in a pick or quiz category? I'm sure someone must have some idea seeing as so many users do this!

Some people don't care. Some people might mistake "Answers is where you can ask other fans for help with questions that you need answers to." for something similar along the lines of asking a general poll-related question such as "Who is your favorite character?" Their logic would be that that question is something they need an answer to. Some might see it as another way to just submit more content, or get more comments no matter how relevant it is. Others might not even know anything about a proper etiquette for these things. How many times is 'How do I get a medal?' STILL asked?!

i think the entry requirements should be anyone who can FAULT the maths board, on the image, should Not be allowed to join, or those who use their fingers to check it out.

I think that some users dont understands it and they dont read the instructions properly. They maybe just think about post things so they can get a medal or a prop.
