To make the banner you click edit and then there will be an option to add a picture and a banner. I usually just find a picture that fits the banner instead of taking a bunch of photos and making one. But its your choice.
Oh I don't think that's an option you just have to find a banner that fits perfectly. But a really great trick is say your club is a movie (example: Star Wars or something) you could go to Google and type in Star Wars Banner and images would show up. It worked for me.
