first,it says upload in the corner,then you up load it and when you did that you do a click to a thing under the image that says "make profile picture"and that is it.
go to 'photoes' and click on upload new photo then there's an icon under it 'make it as my icon' or something click on it then u can have a new profile pic!

if you have your profile page you see like your name and other stuff about your self and just next to it you see vieuw more photo's click on that.then you are going to see upload new photo click on that . and then you have to choose a pic thats on your computer simply press the word bladeren and choose then dubble click on the image you want and then it says submit image click on that.you can also click make this image my user icon and then you have your profile pic .i hope this is not to complicated for you if it is just ask and i will make it less complicated hope this helps
