Help with my IM thing

The past few days my IM has been acting really weird. whenever people talk to me and I type something back it doesn't send. Every single time I change pages on my computer everything gets deleted and apparently people say that it says I'm typing a message when I'm not. I've tried signing on and off tons of times but it doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix it???

A few days ago, our IM provider rolled out a new version which, like many brand new things, may have some bugs that they haven't fixed yet. I haven't seen this problem, but it sounds like it's a real issue. I'll get in touch with them and see what's up.

Every single time I change pages on my computer everything gets deleted - one of the VERY annyoing things aboot this IM service btw..it keeps you from navigating the site properly

I second that,gemmy. Whenever I'm having a talk with someone, I have to sit on the same page or either the text gets deleted or at times just signs me off and I cannot sign back in.

Thank you for helping! It has really gotten me annoyed since it's so much easier to talk to friends on there, but now I'm stuck sending messages, which takes longer.

I've also figured out that someone else I know can't send anything on IM either, so I know I'm not the only one.
