If you decide to leave a club that you have a medal in, does that medal go away?

Hi, this is just an out of the blue question, but if you have a medal in a spot and you want to leave, does that medal leave you forever? Does it return if you join again?

if you unsubscribe and resubscribe afterwards the medal is gone but the data is still stored so you will get your medal back when its "medal time" again. you either get the one back you had or..depending on how much you added in the mean time..a higher one.
