my account got suspended again and I did nothing wrong??

I asked a question like this here before and the answer I got was very helpful the first time. If you're wondering why I'm asking from another account its because my good friend let me borrow her account so that I can get my account back. This is the second this has happened to and I did absolutely nothing wrong, I promise!! I messaged papa a few hours ago and my account still isn't back up, is their anyone else I can message that will get my account back for me?
