Fanpop Question

Fanpop isn't letting me make any more comments?

Is there a limit on how many comments you can post a day?
Or did I get banned from commenting because I said something bad??
I have been saying some pretty mean things about Twilight today....

So anyway, is this a long-term thing or what?

And I already tried restarting it so don't suggest that.

It sounds like the site creators have suspended your Fanpop privileges which would explain why you are unable to comment.
By your own admission, you say that you've posted some mean comments so that is most probably the likely reason.
I'd email one of the F4 and clarify this if you'd like to know exactly what the reason is, and when the halt on your commenting is likely to be lifted.
