Fanpop Question

Is there some sort of bug or something cause I can't seem to manage to upload a banner to a spot?

Ok, so I am the creator of certain spots and I just tried adding some banners so the spots would look a bit better but I can't. I can add or change the icons though. Is someone else having this problem too? The banners are 800x100. The little green thing keeps turning as if the banner is uploading but it never actually appears, as if the upload process takes forever. It's kind of frustrating, so I was wondering is anyone of you wise people knows what the cause might be.

I find that Fanpop has troubles with Bitmap, or "Bmp", and that PNG and Jpeg work better.

The exact same happened to me, I couldn't upload anything for my banner and I couldn't upload any images for picks, the little green circle just kept going and going, but eventually it stopped, so try sending an e-mail to the fanpop 4, that's what I did.
