If you unsubscribe a spot with a medal,and if you subscribe do u lose the medal?

You will lose the medal, but when you re-join the spot, you should get it back. It might take some time, though. I accidentally left a spot I'd made (don't ask me how, I don't have ANY clue) and it took me a good week or two to get the medal back :/ I was worried it wouldn't come and I'd have to write in for it... but it finally showed up :)
