What a fan should do if the spot creator is acting weird?

I really need some advice about this one..
It's about a spot of an actress and as usual when we want a new spot look ,we make a pick so that it is fair.But the spot creator ,who in fact is never on the spot except for those exact moments, decides to change the banner and the icon whenever she wants and she puts some ugly and low quality pictures ,just to start a fight on the wall.And you can imagine how much spam appears there. And after such a sudden change of the spot look we usually contact someone of the F4 and they change back the icon and the banner but this is happening for the 4th time this year and I'm seriously asking if there is some way to stop this.

I haveing a problum with 2 spots , who ever made the spot is gone . i emailed Dave to change it but still nutting . iv tried making pulls with link to the spot asking people " to vote for a new look " & they suspended my account ... iv emailed Fanpop asking them to turn it back on & its still suspended , i dont think it will ever get turn on . The spots still not fixed , The mest up part is this is a pretty popular character on iCarly BUT no one wont's to join cause of how bad it looks :(
